WHO WE ARE
Our agency is highly respected throughout the community for our excellent standard of service to both providers and clients. When they say it can't be done, we find a way-- because the families we serve are worth it. At the Center, we are guided by the principles of servant leadership, where the driving force of our actions is not status or power, but serving others as we pursue a common mission. Our Core Values of Community, Respect, Integrity, Service, Teamwork, Empowerment, and Excellence are the guiding principles of our organization. We believe that these values are the very foundation for our philosophy, culture, and practices.
WHY WE'RE DIFFERENT
Here at the Center, we believe that personal growth is just as valuable as the job that you are hired to do. From regular Huddle meetings with the entire agency, to weekly one-on-one time in supervision, you will be continually challenged to explore how you relate to your team, and ultimately the world around you. We are committed to helping you reach your full potential, while developing the innate gifts and talents each person brings to the table.

In addition to personal development, we also value community. Relationships and teams are strengthened by sharing meals, celebrating wins, telling our stories, playing card games, or simply running a quick errand together. This is how friendships grow and bonds that last a lifetime are formed, and we consider this time well spent.
WHO QUALIFIES
We are looking for someone with more than just the perfect resume. We are looking for individuals with a passion to serve children and families in our communities. Someone who doesn't want to do this life-changing work alone. Someone who is ready for the opportunity to develop not only as a professional, but also as a person. If all this rings true for you, search no more. You've found where you belong.
