Welcome and congratulations on joining The Center for Children and Families! As a partner with us, consider yourself the newest member of the Center family— a group of difference makers committed to a mission that is bigger than any of us could do individually. Together we strive to promote safe, healthy environments for children and families through advocacy, counseling, education, and prevention. The work we do is rewarding, challenging, and above all, meaningful. We can’t wait to see not only the difference you will be making in the community, but also the difference in the person you will become in the process.

Starting a job can be both exciting and nerve-racking as you become acclimated to a new role and work environment. In order to ease this transition, we are committed to walking alongside you every step of the way! Let's start by going over what you can expect during orientation, and what steps you will need to complete before your first day on the job. Let's get started!

On orientation day you will be meeting with our Contract Manager to submit all proper documentation, review policies, complete trainings, and meet with the Program Director to sign your offer letter. This can take up to 2 hours. (Please note that the orientation day/time will be at the discretion of HR Manager/Program Director.)

In order to come prepared for orientation, the following steps will need to be completed beforehand:

When a family feels like giving up, we give them the encouragement and tools they need to keep going. When a positive outcome feels impossible, we find a way. We meet people where they are, and remind them that they are not alone in difficult times.

We are BROKERS OF HOPE.

Each of us, working individually and in teams, will work hard to fulfill the mission at hand as we set forth to meet the needs in our community. We will remain committed to upholding our core values of community, respect, integrity, service ,teamwork, empowerment, and excellence.

Thank you for partnering with us.
