Telehealth Counseling sessions are in many ways just like face-to-face sessions with a therapist, but rather than a therapist visiting your home, you and your counselor can meet using interactive audio and video technology.

Counseling, medication management, and targeted case management can all be provided over video chat. There is no additional cost to you – Medicaid will continue to cover the sessions the same way, and you can use your computer or smartphone. Patients participate in sessions from home or from any confidential location determined appropriate by the patient and their clinician.

Virtual visits with your counselor are HIPAA compliant, in order to protect your privacy and confidentiality.
